Terms and Conditions

Booking:

Provisional bookings will be taken by telephone or email and places will be held for 14 days.
Confirmation:

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of completed booking form, 20% deposit and acceptance of these terms and conditions. On receipt of these, confirmation and a note of the balance will be sent out.
Balance:

Balance of payment will be due 4 weeks before the start of the holiday. In the event of holidays being booked less than four weeks before start date then full payment is required with completed booking form.
Cancellation:

Cancellation must be in writing the deposit will be non- refundable. For cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the holiday start date then all other monies will be refunded. We regret that no refunds will be available for any cancellations made within two weeks of the start of the holiday.

For group bookings an individual unable to take up their booking may transfer this to another nominated individual.
Programme:

The programme as advertised is intended as a guideline only, and is subject to season and weather. We will substitute events and sites in order to maximise your chance of viewing local wildlife and therefore alternative trips may be run in any given week.
Cancellation by Glenloy Wildlife:

In the event of a minimum number of bookings (normally two people) for a holiday not being received 4 weeks prior to start date Glenloy Wildlife reserve the right to cancel this and a full refund, including deposit, will be provided for confirmed bookings. Similarly, if Glenloy Wildlife is forced to cancel for any other reason beyond our control, a full refund will be made. Payment of this refund releases both parties from this contract and all liabilities.
What’s included:

Accommodation, all meals, courtesy transport during stay and guidance.
Not included:

Travel insurance, alcoholic drinks, travel to Fort William, personal expenditure.
Liability:

Glenloy Wildlife accepts no responsibility where provision of services is not available for reasons beyond our control. This includes; ferry services, access (e.g. during the stalking season, or forestry operations) and adverse weather conditions.

Glenloy Wildlife accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of personal goods or personal injury caused by a third party beyond our control.
Special requirements:

Any special requests must be given in writing (or email) before travel – these include any dietary or health requirements and courtesy collection from Fort William.
